Bio
Elaine’s journey began with a background in dance education and occupational therapy. In 2013, she discovered Pilates, reigniting her love for bodily movement. This newfound passion led her to pursue comprehensive STOTT PILATES® training and education in 2015. She returned to her hometown of Chiayi City and established NOUS STUDIO, the city’s premier fully equipped STOTT PILATES facility.
Today, as a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor Trainer, Elaine is dedicated to sharing the scientific training and mind-body healing of STOTT PILATES within her community.

上完課程後，總部會寄送結業證明電子檔案。
證照考試須完成總部指定時數，在課程結束後的六個月內申請考試。

上完培訓課就可以授課摟，您就可以投履歷到各工作室開始您的教學生涯。
